This page governs the use of the SEQ-16 application ("App") and details how your data is handled.

1. Privacy Policy

Authentication Data: When you sign in via Google or Email, your email address, display name, and user ID are stored to maintain your account session.
User Generated Content: We store musical patterns ("Beats") and instrument settings that you explicitly save to our database.
Cookies & Usage Data: We use cookies to keep you logged in. We may collect anonymous usage data to improve app performance.

Google Firebase: We use Firebase for secure authentication and cloud database storage.

You have the right to request the deletion of your data in accordance with GDPR.

If you wish to delete your account and its associated data, click "Delete Account" in the app's user settings, or request deletion by emailing:

Your User ID, Profile Data, and all sub-collections (Saved Beats) will then be deleted from our Firestore database within 30 days of your request.

By accessing SEQ-16, you agree to the following terms:

License: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use this software for personal or commercial music production. You retain full ownership of the musical compositions you export.
Prohibited Use: You may not use this service to reverse-engineer the source code or store illegal/malicious content.
Disclaimer: The software is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, including lost beat patterns, caused by outages or software errors.
